5 star all the way. Wow from check in to check out, the stay was just amazing. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, from security to reception to cleaners, all very professional and lots of warm smiles. Buffet breakfast was unmissable and top notch. Room was excellent, thought some of the drawer units were a bit dated, some drawers don't open correctly, but minor complaint. Spa was very good, my wife went 4 times. Peacock bar was so so, staff need more training on pulling draft beer and proper cocktail making, needs improvement but overall bar 7/10. Location perfect, safe and right next to Hi Tech city. Shopping mall across the road walking distance. Overall 9.5/10 for the stay. Best 5 star I have stayed in and I have stayed in a lot worldwide

When ever I visit HYDERABAD. I would to stay in itc kohenur only because the ambience and services are very good, and like food from peshwari and dum pukht restaurants. I like to stay and here and I suggest to my colleagues and family members as well. A special mention on this team Is from reception ruthu. Hotel staffs are very helpful. The ambience of the lobby is just wonderful. Such a great experience at the coffee shop too. Sudarshana suggested us the buffet which was really great. A must visit place. Highly recommended hotel for luxury.
